NEWBE... need most favorable spore-substrate

I am new to this area and I have been primarily reading up on the process. Now I'm collecting every thing necessary and I was wondering what spore-substrate you recommend for maximum fruits and more importantly the CHEAPEST & most RELIABLE source to get the spores. Thanks much!

Ralph has great cheap spores,they are fresh and fantastic

i suggest the pesas,very potent and very fast colonizers,although they abort alot.i am a newbie also.
