Need a little guidance

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding a fruiting chamber setup. This is what I have got so far...a 4-tier greenhouse with plastic cover, a nice closet to put it in, trays to prep the casing, access to different humidifiers. I can get a Vicks Coolmist 1.2 gallon humidifier + a Holmes Hepa air purifier for $40, or I can get a hamilton beach cool mist for 10-15 bucks. Would I need a Hepa with my closet to cut down on possible contams or would a hamilton beach cool mist suffice? Also if I decide to get the Hepa I have to get a Vicks with it which leads me to my next question...is the Vicks cool mist powerful enough to humidify this portable greenhouse of mine. (5' x 2.5' x 1.5'). I an very indecisive at the moment. Any peeps out there willing to help out a newb?

Sorry I can help with coolmist but...
You don't need a hepa filter for a FC.....or any kind of filter for the FC

Snagletooth is right you don't NEED any filter on the air coming into a fruiting chamber. This is because fully colonized substrates and properly prepared casing layers are very resistant to contams.
However when it comes time to make prints you will see why there is an advantage to keeping things nice and clean inside there. If the coolmist has a filter on it that's a bonus and I would probably go for that one.
That is a pretty large green house for just one coolmist. An ultrasonic humidifier as back up on a timer will help keep your humidity high when in the pinning stage. But then remember you want to bring the humidity down to about 85% after pins have formed.
Of course there is an alternative to the coolmist http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5376820#Post5376820 Read though that post. Agar designed this setup with a small blower fan and an ultrasonic fogger. It will require lest maintenance then a coolmist and last longer.

Everytime I come here I leave with more questions. I suppose any of the things that I mentioned above would work...I just need to man up and try one. Somebody please just tell me what to do from the following: but the HEPA filter - VIcks combo, buy the hamilton beach cool mister, or should I buy an ultrasonic fog machine and throw it in a bucket full of water fixed with fan intake? So many decisions to make... Mush420 you were saying that a filtering device would be beneficial during spore printing? How do I accomplish this if I make the fog machine that Agar devised? If i buy the vicks cool mister + hepa, do I affix the mister to the hepa somehow, or do I let the two live side by side in mushy heaven? I know I have all questions now and no input...but you will all be proud when I post some pics 4 weeks from now (hopefully) with some phatty fungi! Thanks for the help everyone.
