PF Cake turning blue cause ?

Cake in FC with 95%-100% hum & 65F for 5 days, with a 15W light/12 hours per day. What cause the cake turn blue ? too dry ? Any input r welcome ~ Thanks !!

are you directly misting it?

are you handling it too much?

Bluing is a sign of bruising, usually from direct misting or handling the cakes.

Didn't direct mist on it, but I did cut part of it out, is that the cause ? If so, any action needed ? Any input r welcome ~ Thanks !!

Bruising of cakes is caused by the cake drying out, dunk and roll it if there arent any shrooms growing on it.
