Yeah, well, no pot + some caffeine will do that.
I'm pretty awake... no particular plans to run off quite yet... no job to get up for, so I'm up indefinitely!

As long as it's not a wound string, that should be just fine!

teehee!
But I can still count this night as 'being sober' right?
I forgot to mention that I cooked food in my own kitchen for the first time in awhile. I made speghetti! I mean...sphegetti...I mean...SPEGETTI...screw it, ha.
There was food created, and it was good.

Yeah, caffeine doesn't count unless you have a horrible caffeine habit that you're trying to break.

Spaghetti! Mmmmmmm... pasta kicks ass. Being a picky eater with a mother who LOVED pasta, I was practically raised on it.

Just how picky of an eater are you??! Would you eat an octopus? I ate one a few weeks ago, it was actually pretty good! seafood.
I ate some sushi though and thought I was going to puke.
How anyone eats sushi without gagging...please give me your talents. I'd like to be able to see what's so good about it. Like pickles...I love the smell of pickles but I can't really eat them. So I just suck on them for awhile, maybe a nibble or two, but that's about it. And deviled eggs...I'm trying to like them too. Something about eating an egg like that appeals to my senses.

Don't you kinda wish you could like it though? I just want to understand what's so great about it.

I'm not that picky anymore... I was really bad as a kid. I was raised on Mac'n'Cheese, pasta, peanut butter and jelly, and a few other choice items.
I've been working on broadening my horizons.
I tried Calamari once, fried.. didn't enjoy it at all. I can't stand the texture of MOST seafood, infact... and I don't like fishy tastes, which rules out another big chunk of the seafoods available.
I tried sushi once... my step dad recommended something that wouldn't taste like fish, basically... I doused it in the dipping sauce too. The texture definitely sucked, and I didn't try another bite. heh.
I like pickles, but only dills, and only the corner-cut ones that have a lot of skin.. I don't like the inside texture much.
I don't like most nuts... can't stand the texture. I've gotten used to eating peanuts, but only in things like a snickers bar or peanut M&Ms because I don't really like the taste alone.
What else... um. I don't like onions, peppers, or raw tomatoes (I like some forms of cooked tomato, such as tomato sauce on pasta or pizza (Minimal chunks!) and ketchup...)
I'm kind of a plain food guy basically... I like salt on almost everything. I don't like many spices, but enjoy most herbs...
The list goes on.

Kevin is the same way, he enjoys the "plain foods." I am more open to experimentation with food, but it has to taste somewhat pleasing in order for me to sample it again. Indian food is my favorite though, that or Vietnamese...
I REALLY don't like onions or tomatoes (although I'd like to like them)...and I have been wanting to try insect gourmet food, believe it or not. Maybe because they look like they'd be good munchies.
Mr. Wax...what you said tickled my funny bone. Who knows!

I always feel like a total dunce trying to order any kind of espresso. It usually comes out of my mouth as 'expresso', followed by 'doh' and then I just get ashamed and order a hot chocolate.
