Cobweb Mold?

Well i went to open my second jar and it had cobweb but ONLY at the inoculation spots in the dry verm. It didnt acually reach the cake or anything. So i went ahead with it...It was only right at the holes and did not reach the acual cake...So i scraped off all the dry verm at sat it in the coke bottle. Feedback please...I really dont think its contamanated the cake cause it looks like healthy mycelium....Thanks Shroomerites.

well mr mushy, if it didn't reach the cake i would have sprayed it with h2o2 mix after i case it and be sure to increase air circulation. but not by opening your chamber. there are some devices that some of the vendors sell that will exchange good air. it's hard for cobweb to spread when there is good air exchange. however if you fail to combat the cobweb it will spread over your casing you may still be able to grow shrooms but you may have a hard time collecting prints that wont carry it as well
