I would look into getting a pressure cooker. They're not that expensive and will help you out in the long run.
If you still feel the need to do it in the microwave, or are money challenged, here ya go bro. http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/7950

if you take the time that you would spend on failed microwave trys you can get a PC. the order goes microwave, then boiling in a pot the way above that shit is the PC. look into boiling if you arn't going to use a PC.

You can check out Agars Nuke n serve super spawn (or cakes) here
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/4865271/page/0/fpart/1/vc/1/nt/3
, but you will get better results with a PC and WBS.

Jesus. One of these days I'm going to take pictures of and document my Pistolero Tek for you guys. Completely outdoors. It involves grinding moist brf in a mortar and pestle, making your jars and boiling them over a log fire, then constructing a true poor mans pod out of garbage bags, blue tarps, cardboard boxes, and an oil drum.

I have repeatedly tried microwaving wbs/grains. The results were consistently mediocre, at best.
The difficulty is controlling the wbs/grain moisture content.
I have microwaved a few PF style super cakes. (verm-h/poo-coir mix) With a fair success rate.
But, as far as I am concerned, cakes will NEVER have the B/E or crop weight productivity that wbs/grain spawned bulk substrates have.
