I have a B+ strain syringe, and an inoculation chamber (aquarium heater heated lower box)
What should the inoculation temperature be?
What would be optimal settings for harvesting quickly as possible.

I want to use the inoculation chamber as a fruiting chamber, I don't know if it would be safe.

They are 19 quart containers, and I want to use the inoculation chamber for casing. How can I steralize it so I can?

I want to use perlite for humidity control, though I don't believe I really need it.

What kind of casing do you prefer, I would like to keep it simple as possible...

Would not casing them, just using perlite humidity control, and placing the jars on their lids inside the chamber produce just as much harvest? Which is more likely to become contaminated?

What is the ideal fruiting temperature?
