If you got a syringe without color, you are likely fine. I remember getting a syringe without color from sporeworks of B+ and everything turned out just fine. I wouldn't worry.

Most spore syringes that come from dealers are clear like that, spore clumps are not a good thing, you want a clean evenly distributed spore syringe. Who did you order it from? That will tell us if its good or questionable.

Their are probably spores in there. Thousands of them. I personally prefer to see some spore clumps. Hope you didn't buy it off of ebay. My friend bought some from ebay and non of them colonized. I have had amazing success with one of our vendors.
Go here: http://www.ralphstersspores.com/
People think they're expensive, but they don't realize they are $10/syringe if you order 4 or more. Plus you get a free one if you know how to read. Whoop ass speed. Professional syringes. Secure...Ralphsters!

the solvent is colorless.if it contains evenly distributed spores; wouldn't the water darken in color? ?

Yes, but clumps of spores don't hurt, although even distribution is better. Being able to see spores isn't a bad thing. You don't want really dark syringes either. I have quite a few ultrasonicated syringes with many visible, dispersed spores. This is what you want, ideally.
The reason most vendor syringes look so clear is that they try to stretch prints as much as they can to make as much money as possible off of them. If the syringe came from a reliable vendor, it should still be viable, or else I'm sure they'll replace it for you.
