    #5402158 - 03/15/06 05:23 AM (17 years, 10 months ago)

The TiT method is too big for my needs i need something smaller.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Use some innovation. I am using a small, plastic container with one of those coffee cup warmers from Wally-Mart. I put a glass of water on top of the warmer and cover that with foil (to keep the water from evaporating) I leave this in the corner of the tub and pack my stuff around it. I have a really cold house and this is hanging right at 86.5 degrees. I also cover the tub with a black, plastic bag.

It looks a lot like this:

Also placing the incubating container in a location where temps are optimum such as possibly on top of a water heater, fridge, TV, DVD/VCR, computer tower/monitor, etc;

what about some sort of tub with a heater inside ,like a fish tank heater or some other kind of heater,i think that might work.

Sorry, mate.  Did you even read my post?  It includes a small, cheap heater.  I paid less then 2 dollars for it.  :rolleyes:

Find on old beat up cooler for free. If you want really small you could use an insulated lunchbox. Place in a warm location. If too cold, put one of Del's heaters in there with water. Totally stealth in a storage area.

You can make a tit any size you want,just buy 2 smaller tubs and a smaller heater.also as its been pointed out there are alot of alternitives,but if all thats stopping you from using a tit is the size,then dont let it you can make one any size you want.
