got a ceramic heater for pasturizing my poo

i learned this from Agar..
he put a ceramic heater inside his fridge (incubation/pasturization/fruiting chamber) and pasturized his poo at 160 F with the heater. Everything is done in the fridge, and saves alot of time, with no need for an oven...
Wow, great idea, i thought.. i went and bought an "Airworks" ceramic heater from Canadian Tire. It has some kind of safety mechanism that shuts itself off at 100 F. Well my strategy has compltely gone to shit..

theres no way you can get some water to a boil and use the cooler tek? This whole heating up a fridge to 160 sounds kinda odd.

I'm not telling you how to do it..this is just theoretical information.
Locate the thermister or thermistat. It will be a small object, placed strategically, with a single wire that goes into and out of it. To learn about thermistors go here: http://www.facstaff.bucknell.edu/mastascu/elessonshtml/Sensors/TempR.html Basically a thermisor regulates temperature by changing its resistance. This increases or decreases the amount of power going to the heating element.
To learn about small appliance thermostats go here: Strait from bob vila! http://www.bobvila.com/FixItClub/Task/Repairing/FIG_ApplianceControls.html
See the bottom pic on the right. You need to look for something like that. Then you can just disconnect the wires from the thermostat, and connect the metal contacts together. Use ELECTRICAL TAPE to keep them together.
That will bypass your thermostat or thermistor, whichever one you use.
Know that your space heat will NOT be safe to use inside of your house unless you put it back together exactly how it was.

ok obviously not YOUR fridge. you never even implied that you had a fridge, just a heater. so dont give me that "uhh no" crap.
ive never heard about this fridge pasturizer thing. seems like a good concept, especially for large scale projects, but who knows if it is actually "pasturizing". i mean does the compost or whatever else is inside actually reach 160?
also are you sure its safe to stick something that hot in a fridge that wasnt designed to reach temperatures that high, and also to force a heating element to get hotter that it was designed for?
