Ready to Fruit?? Pics....

Would you say this is ready to fruit?

It has completely colonised the surface, although u can still see a bit of the Hpoo colour through some of the mycelium. Should i wait till it is COMPLETELY white, with no visible Hpoo, or is it ready now?!

The pic above is straight Hpoo, not using a casing layer for this first grow, just incase anyone was wandering. And, I just chekd the bottom of my cases (clear plastic tubs, only taped off the sides to avoid side pinning, not the bottom) and 50% of the bottom is completely white, should i wait till the bottoms are completely white? or is it just the tops that need to be completely colonised for fruiting??
