Shrooms growing in Jar before complete

I am on my first grow and some of my BRF jars are fully colonized and have already been placed in my fruiting chamber. I have 3 jars that are a little behind though. 2 jars are just taking there time, which is fine, yet one jar is not fully colonized and has 4 shrooms growing inside of it. Should i put in fruiting chamber now or should i wait to let it fully colonize. It is about 85-90% complete. thanks -?en

Let it finish. Uncolonized substrate will contaminate if you birth early. RR

You can sterilize a knife and cut off the uncolonized portion of it then place it in your fruiting chamber.
What are your incubating procedures??? How often are you looking at them and exposing them to light??
My guess is that they are being incubated at to low of a temp, and are being exposed to light a little too often. It's better to just not look at them more than once a week or so and keep them at 85 degrees. It will eliminate this problem your having.

Will it actually finish if it is done colonizing and is in the fruiting phase though??

I've had invitro pinning in my fruiting chamber, even with temps at around 86-88, and after about a month of being in the closet while I was away. (no light could have gotten in) my TIT's are dark plastic painted black, and there is no light fixture in the closet. Temps were right where they were when I left. Cubes are amazing creatures If I had put them in the fridge they wouldn't have grown (or would they?) Any uncolonized substrate will definately contam in the FC, but if they're ready to grow, I'd agree with removing the uncolonized areas and fruiting. I spawned the jars with invitro pins to pooh after removing the shrooms and eating them, and still got three flushes from the finished pooh.

If you had put them into the fridge I can gurantee that they would not have fruited. At temps as low as 45 they know that fruiting isn't a good idea. I understand that you can have fruiting in complete darkness and incubation temps. But usually when someone says this is their first grow you can assume they have been looking at them fairly often.
