HowTo: Cook a heart attack for breakfast.

Ham, Cheese, and Brains Omelette

Ingredients:
~4 eggs
~Grated cheese
~Ham
~Pork Brains (1 can)

Directions. Break eggs into container, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Pour egg mixture into pre-greased frying pan. Begin cooking as any other omelette, allowing the eggs to gain some shape before adding the filling. Mix one can of pork brains with a hefty portion of grated cheese. Add to the inside of 1/2 the round omelette area. Fold other end over and continue cooking. Flip once to cook evenly.

Serve omelette (with optional glass of whole buttermilk).

The resuling omelette should contain somewhere in the vicinity of 1700% the recommended daily value of cholesterol (most of which is thanks to the fatty pork brains). And that's just for breakfast!

Add a few rashers of bacon for that extra artery clogging goodness!

Brains -n- eggs are big in E. Tennessee for some reason. They even sell fresh pork brains in some grocery stores up there. I can't imagine eating that, though. :argh:

Oh, I was just saying how to do it. The fact that I had a 4 egg omelette with cheese sort of got me thinking about cholesterol, and then I remembered that pork brains have somewhere around 1300% the RDV of cholesterol, so I thought up a recipie for it.

Myself I'd never touch brains. They're just not a healthy thing to eat, in many ways.

I probably just clogged a minor blood vessel with my cheese omelette though. 4 eggs, and a hefty glob of assorted cheeses in the center.
