it's an old book and i lost my copy, but i was thinking about getting another one. it's a bunch of short stories that propose different theories about time... very cool reading

It is a good book. Especially if you're lazy like me and don't want to read a long book. Now I forget exactly all the themes it covered. But it does serve a healthy dose of introspection. Sort of challenges the idea that time is equivalent everywhere.

I haven't read it but my girlfriend got a copy for christmas. I don't think she's read it and I doubt that she will. Buzz

I read it. I love it. My memory is a little foggy, but my favorite story was the one about the world in which people couldn't remember anything about their past. They had to rely on maps to find their own houses and junk. The only way they could find out about their past was to look through this scrapbook type thing with all of their history in it. Since their past only existed in that scrapbook, they had no choice but to live in the now. That story made a good point.

No I haven't seen Momento, but I want to now. Yes this book is a bunch of short storys. Each story is about a world in which time is different, and each story gets you thinking about the possiblities of time.
