It should be added to a splash screen or something.
A lot of people in other forums have never even seen this post and continue to ignore the reply-to.
Makes me pretty angry sometimes when someone replies to me, but is obviously talking to someone else.. sometimes calling them out on BS info or something. Makes it look like they are talking to me.

You would see the reply-to feature used on UBB-based boards if threaded view was default. NOBODY on slashdot, for example, replies to the main story unless they intend to.
And it'll stay that way so long as UBB stays flat as default. Guaranteed.

PS: For the record, I would much rather have the threaded view but since nobody does it -- and since the threaded view makes no sense unless people actually reply to the correct post -- I don't bother either.
