tea vs. jello

I usually make mushroom tea everytime I trip but I wanted to try something different. Sorry if this is a stupid question but would the jello be less efficient then just drinking the tea?

It might not soak in to your stomach as quickly.
It sounds like a waist of time to me.
What ever happened to just eating some shrooms. Jello...really?

oh well, just an added thought. ive tried LSD jello before and it was of course no different than taking blotter, other than it was squishy and tasted like cherries.

haha, someone supposedly put lsd into jello.
One thing these last posts all have in common is the word "fun".
Lets make the mushroom experience as "urban" as possible. Even more so.
Jello, really? You feel like doing that for some reason?

tea is the by far best way to take mushrooms because you dont have to eat the mushrooms themselves.

stemmer, what's wrong with making jello out of it? people make it into chocolate... Not everyone's fond of the ass-nasty taste of shrooms, let alone the texture... Not to mention jello can be eaten in public whereas shrooms can't...
So what if the word "fun" comes into it? Why shouldn't shrooming be fun? No real point in sitting through the nausia, stomache pain, chills, neck cramps, and all the other slight inconveniences that just come with shrooming if the experience is boring, you might as well just take a different psychedelic for the learning and discovery... You don't need to make your trip as boring as possible just to have a spiritual or significant experience, if you do then I feel sorry for you

Disagree. While this was my logic at the time of ingesting mushroom tea, I found myself with a horrible "stomach over-filled with unedible liquid" feeling for MOST of my trip. I didn't feel better until I came down enough that I could eat something to soak up the liquid.
This is purely subjective, but it really turned me off to mushroom tea. The only way I would drink it again is if I was eating something like french bread as I drank it.

did you leave the mushrooms in or strain them out? what I do is use the mushrooms to make one cup full, drink it, and reuse to make another cup, drink that and discard the mushrooms. tea flavoer with teabag of your choice and honey of course.
little to no stomach discomfort, fast onset... I dont see why you couldnt eat bread with the tea if you wanted to. might slow down absorbtion a bit but thats all. you could even have scones or something with it and be a real fancy man.

he he since the shroom water would be blue id say add blue jello if the whole lemon thing is true it would stick with the jello cause jello powder is an acid right so it should help
