Humidity Problems...

I am having some problems keeping humidity up in my FC. I have the bottom about 2in full of water and have about 3.5-4in of geolite rock with a dolphin 5 star air pump and two bubble wands running the length of the container. Here is a picture:
I just bought a temp/humidity gauge today and it is only reading 37% humidity inside even with the air pump on full. What could I be doing wrong? I see bubbles come out of the wands so I don't think that my pump is bad, but that is about all I can think of right now. It is not an old pump at all. Only used maybe a total of 400 hours...
Thanks guys.

Your temp/RH gauge is trash toss it ASAP! Theres no way RH is 37% in an enclosed container with water and hydroton (geolite).

I used a closet once setup a nice little lab trouble was all the shit that was in there ended up in the bedroom that pissed off the GF then I ended up dumping her as she was getting in the way of my sterile culture technique! Ya I got priorities too!!!"
