-before scratch. I scratched and re-cased with 1/4in layer. After about 4-5 days it is doing the same thing as it did before. Temp in the FC is 73,humidity 91%-100% and I fan along with the air pump and 18inch bubble wand. I have another casing doing the same thing. Both problem casings are Golden Teachers. Compared to my other casings these have strange growth. What else do I gotta do to make these fruit? Casing has been easy so far except for these two. Any help is appreciated.

Stabilize that RH in the 85-90% range first off. This could also be a substrain idiosyncrasy, is this from an isolate or multispore spawn?

i had this happen to me with a GT casing, it wont go away. You'll be lucky if you see a few mushrooms off of that thing, keep fucking with it but look to future projects.

well those pics definitly look too moist, but damn, ive never had mycelium grow in bug balls like that, what ive gotten in the past that resembles that is globs that then turn to green within a day, kind of looks like a big casing of green mycelium thats not releasing spores, but i doubt this is what is going on. Oh ya, dont use aluminum pans my friend, the mycelium is gonna absorb that and when you eat the fruits your gonna get aluminum poisoning!!!! well, not really, but high doses of aluminum are not good for you. search for threads talking about aluminum, there is actualy at least one going on right now i know of. but plastic trays are the way to go.
