I was just wondering what substraits i could use without a pressure cooker.There is absolutly no way i could get one:sad:

BRF/verm -> you can boil it to sterilize

You can pasturize. That is usually done with poo, straw or both (50/50)at around 180 degrees +/-

Look up the pasturization teks. You don't want to sterilize poo or straw anyways.

Well you cannot inoculate pasteurized poo or straw directly. You need to use spawn. So technically you could prepare PF jars via boiling or steaming, then use them as spawn in pasteurized hpoo or straw.
