hey hey swim was lookin around and found these pics of some pins between the bin and casing on two sides opposite each other,

what would you do the casing? push/hold the sides of the bin out and away from the pins maybe? whats an option that wouldnt hurt the casing
much? like taking it out of the bin could get tricky but no one likes rotten mush. if that was the case though, how whould you get it outa there? just wondering

oh yea these were there too, lookin good?

When side pinning is that bad, one is probably better off just pulling the casing out of its container and fruiting it like a giant cake.

Just tip it upside down to get it out, then put in on a regular plate or something. They come out easy.

actually to avoid damaging the pinset on the top the best thing to do is this.

1.) Take casing out of FC
2.) Place hand GENTLY on top of casing trying not to disturb the pins
3.) Flip the casing container over so that the casing top is now resting on your hand.
4.) Pull off casing container and stick upside down in fc (bottom facing up)
5.) Place "cake" on top of this container and fruit as normal.

Note that since you casing has become a cake you should try and keep a high humidity. I also suggest dunking the casing as uncased substrate is exposed and this could lead it to dry out quickly.

I'd probably wait until that flush matured before doing anything about it.

Side pins grow just fine except they are a little squished at the bottoms. When ever I harvested side pins I would just stick my two fingers down the side of the tub grab as close to the base of the shroom as I could and give it a little twist. It'll pop right out.

Then once your done harvesting that flush you can make changes for the next one without possibly causing aborts on that flush.

You can turn it into a cake like Coda said. Or you could even just put dry verm down the sides.
