Interested in learning about Chakras
    #5376063 - 03/07/06 10:05 PM (17 years, 10 months ago)

Hello all, and how do you do. I have decided that I'd like to learn more about Chakras and possible excercises or methods of tending to mine. First I would like to ask if any of you have seen positive results from working with your Chakras, if this is a legitimate thing I should be working on for healing (spritually and mentally). I am also wondering if any of you have books that you would recommend? I've looked up some books on Amazon and I was thinking of buying Chakras For Beginners by David Pond. Perhaps I don't need to buy a book and there's an excellent website out there with a wealth of information?

Thanks guys

I personally own this one.

This Book

I haven't read most of it but I got it for xmas a few years back when I was starting to get into tripping and stuff.  The reviews on Amazon are all positive as well.

And looking through it, it is pretty well illustrated and informative.  Maybe I SHOULD read it.  :smirk:

The first chakra to open is the bunghole chakra no joke.

Actually it's between the bunghole and the uh, bird, twat, whatever ya got...so like your choda man.....ha.... anyway, you should look at this site......dude showed it to me a few days ago on here....full and full of info, more then i could explain here for sure.....It's a good idea to understand them before you can start opening them....the colors, feelings associated with them...makes it easier with meditation.....meditation music, just tones that help stimulate the chakras....here's another good site...not as indepth but has some excercises that might be of use to you....as you go one you'll just develop what's best for you....
