Sacred Lotus

I have recieved sacred lotus 5x extract like many other people have who have ordered it from the Shaman Palace. Then curiosity struck me "what is sacred lotus", so i did a little research. During my researching i have found this very difficult to find out extactly what to do with it. I noticed a lot of people sending other people the www.erowid.org blue lotus volt. I have also read conflicting threads stateing that sacred lotus is not blue lotus.
Upon other research, i have found that all different parts of this plant is used for some kind of medicine, etc... Exactly what part is the extract.
Furthermore, I am not to sure on what to do with it. I have looked at previous posts in this forum and have discovered that a few people have also asked this question, but never really got a straight answere. One person said that you can smoke it, and i also understand that you can make a tea (i don't believe that you make the tea out of the extract, but rather with the lotus flower stamen, or pedals maybe). With that said, what is the desired way of takeing sacred lotus, smokeing, tea, or what....?
If you smoke it, is it real bad for your body, or real minimul like marijuana?

I like smoking it with salvia extract. Compared to the salvia there's not really any noticeable aspect of the lotus, but it's a good smoke, tastes pretty good and beats having my mouth taste like a cooking herb while meeting the "mistress of mexican space crack" as one recent erowid reporter put it
I should also note that I'm referring to the petals of the flower, not an extract.
I tried brewing some tea with it and drinking it with alcohol, and I noticed only a really slight effect. It had some synergy with kava, but it wasn't really anything amazing. I consumed enough to satisfy my own curiousities about if it could produce anything psychedelic, and didn't come up with any evidence that it could.

I too received a sacred lotus extract sample from shaman's palace. I attempted to smoke it but it just contracts into a resinous ball that doesn't smoke. I would reccommend mixing it with some hard liqour than down the hatch.

I have a couple questions. (I know, your like, "He has more questions, jeeze wtf?"
?1: How much extract would i mix with alcohol? ?2: I also have recieved the lotus flower stamen, do you take that with alcohol, make a tea with it, etc...?

I tried smokeing it and ran into the same problem, but if you stir it after every hit (as small as it may be) you can take another hit, you just have to break it back up every time. The feeling wasn't bad, and it lasted awhile too, it felt pretty good actually. You could feel it a little while smokeing it, but it creeps up on you.
