a few questions

i just found out that honey should not be PCed for too long but that's AFTER i already PCed it along with the substrate and inoculated... there's a load of cramelizetion on the bottom... is there any chance of growth or should i toss it right now? (i innoced with the only print i had from that strain so i'm worried i've lost that strain)
i made another honey tek glass right now and i wanna inoculate it with one of my spore prints... the print is quite old (about a year and a half) and i want to scrape it directly into the glass and not go through making a syrange. i'm pretty sure the spores will rehidrate in the LC right?
and last question... last time i grew at a friends house and made an FC just like this one only i also put an air pump with a stone at the bottom of the chamber constantly working (both for ventilation and humidety) but now i'm not sure its ideal... i mean is it good to keep ventilating the chamber all the time... dose this kind of setup creat too much humidety?
thanks in advance

Spores will rehydrate in a LC just fine. I'd start over if yours is carmelized though because I've tried a few LC's that got cooked too long just for fun, and have had zero success getting them to show growth.
15 mins @ 15 PSI is a good LC cook time.

I have the same question. Is it normal to see what appears to be protein chunks at the bottom of a honey LC jar?

I have the same type of silt in my honey baby bottles and still have mycelium growing (I just checked)
I PC'ed for 30 minutes from reaching pressure. No ill effects.

The question about humidity? Don't ask us. Ask a Mr. Hygrometer..he knows.

Actually - you have too much water in your rocks. It shouldn't be standing water, or else the rocks can't do their job. Keep them wet, no standing water like you have, though.
