WHAT TO DO WHEN THE SOIL STOPS PRODUCING?

first off i am using mushroom soil with broken up 1/2 pint jars of colonized mycellium. i have been harvesting for 1 1/2 now and it finally stopped. am i now suppose to add another colonized jar to that or am i suppose to prepare it as a whole new setup by adding more soil?

they way i think it to start over but i am new at this please help!!!
