Music?
    #5367223 - 03/05/06 12:10 PM (17 years, 10 months ago)

Why does music change peoples emotions when they listen to it?
How can sound be so powerful?

I'd say music is a way to communicate things we can't say with words.

What do you think?

A few reasons. Music affects the limbic system of the brain, notably the amygdala, which is largely responsible for emotional responses. Music also is capable of altering brain wave patterns, creating different waves.
