tripping alone can be great, actually, I sometimes regret giving mushrooms to other people when I want to trip.

Depends on how safe your environment is and how confident you are that you'll be alright without a sitter. It being only your second time, I'd look at how much I took last time and how under control I was, and seek my answer from there. I've never had a problem alone, just can't let yourself get taken away, make sure you have something to do while your alone.

I was thinking about tripping alone tonight. Just have somethings set up to do just in case you get bored. Like have some good cds out, so you don't have to look for them. It can be very frustrating trying to find something when you see straight and forgot how to read

Do it, if you feel like doing it, then you must. It doesn't really matters if you have a good trip or a bad trip. You must learn to face your problems by yourself. And all that matter is what you get out of it. And you always learn something from a mushroom trip. Tell us how it went, have an awesome trip.

Most of my first trips were solo-trips.
My 1st trip was with friends (great tirp), then 3-4 of my next trips were all solo-trips at outdoor parties or the beach and I loved every one.
Not sure if I just handle pyschedelics really well - but I've always found that they tend to be less insane (even at high dosages) then other people claim. *shrug* - and I've had some pretty intense trips also

I enjoy having a friend around to share the experience. Good trip sitters provide a safety net if something comes along that you can't handle. I would recommend having someone fun around but if you do go it alone, I am sure it will be a blast.

id say if u can provide yourself a godd setting and are confident(like sum1 said) then go for it. i am mainly a solo tripper, and i find it sooooooo much easier to let go and give in to the mush.ive consistantly had better trips alone, than with people for that reason.

just plan, if possible, on staying away from really busy public places, high traffric zones, driving..etc..
just set up your pad w/ everyting you need, a good setting to take you where you need to go.
