Snake season again...Stoked on 8 golden eggs

Most of you will think I'm crazy but one of my ball pythons made my day today by laying 8 good, heavy and healthy eggs. The sire is a pastel (co-Dom gene) making on average 50% of the clutch pastels. Someone's got to supply the cool snakes at the pet store. I know some of you are squirming.

Cool. I like little snakes I'd try and keep them till hatching, if that's possible in your snake's environment setting. I don't know much about breeding reptiles so that's why I'm unsure. Can it be done at home with your current setup?

I take the eggs away from the mother and incubate them for 55-60 days until hatching then either raise them for future selective genetic breeding or sell them off. I have been breeding snakes since I was 15. It's my hobby that turned into a secondary income. This is why my mushroom incubator is so tricked out, because it was built by me to incubate my python eggs. I felt ashamed that I had to take the mushrooms out of the incubator to make room for the eggs.

Albino balls have been available for a decade or so now. Their price is down to $1,700 (male) $2,000 (female). It is entirely possible that a ball python morph that also contained albino did sell for $50k. An Albino Pied for example is worth about that (picture included below). I've seen some morphs sell for over 150k. There are approx. 35+ genetic morphs of the ball python ranging in price from $200.00-$300,000.00k. With new crosses comming out each year. It could have been an leucistic which looks similar to an albino and they sold for around 50k two years ago. I think it's an Albino Pied though.

Post pics when they hatch and are healthy. I might buy one if your up for selling. My local selection is terrible and they overcharge for common balls, let alone nice patterned ones.

I should have a surplus. I would let go only normal males. Free you pay shipping....$30-35 depending on your state. I always give my regular males away just to show people that snakes have a bad rap.

Not sure what type it was exactly , but I believe at the time it was sold it was one of only two known to be in existence . I snakes . My first was a Ball . Sweet as could be . Then I moved on to a pygmy rattlesnake , albino burm, two carpet boa's , Columbian Red Tail, and my all time favorite , my cobra , actually they were Hubby's . He got rid of them when my son and I came into his life .

Before I became a para from a motorcycle accident I was breeding Burmese morphs. I had no regulars in the 15 count snake colony. Greens, albino greens, albinos, labyrinths, granites and albino labyrinths (my favorite). 100-200lb snakes can be very hard to handle from wheelchair. I included some of my old Burm picks for you. The big green female was my largest at 190lbs empty @ 16.5". NOT TAME. Use the 2 by 4 behind her to scale her size. She went on to lay 56 large eggs that year. The babies pictured below are a result from breeding her (green het. albino) to one of the male albinos.
