Healing yourself?

So there?s an old saying which states that every human being has the ability to heal themselves. And I cam to the conclusion that is?t true. Just think about the moments you have like a big headache or a flu that just won?t go away. If you really concentrate and believe you?ll get better, if you put all your energy and good thoughts on that, chances go up that it might actually feel a lot better. It can also apply in psychological problems or soul sorrows. I tried it several times and it worked. It could be just auto suggestion, as well as something else? But what if it?s more then that? What if you can actually cure yourself from the diseases you got? I think it?s worth a try.

All this time I've loved you And never known your face All this time I've missed you And searched this human race Here is true peace Here my heart knows calm Safe in your soul Bathed in your sighs

Yep, i have found a way to heal anything that comes along. The key is knowing the source of the illness.. No, its not random. I discovered it while in my meditation phase, i took a strong look at what i felt when i was sick. I paid exact attention, and then it was gone. I tried it again next time.. sickness instantly gone. I've done it a million times, never fails. Basically i have come to the conclusion that sickness is the subconscious' way of telling you something that you wont listen to otherwise.. a sort of a last resort.
Basically, if you want to heal yourself, just accept the feelings, cause thats what sickness is right, uncomfortable feelings? be it pain, or something else.. you just have to explore that feeling instead of rejecting it. now, the catch is, some of it may be hidden in the subconscious that will come back later. Anyways, i dont get sick anymore, and pain is my bitch.
The problem is, our culture says the imagination is wrong, meaningless, but its not, and its the gateway to the subconscious and unconscious. Every dream, every random thought, is it communicating with you. The problem is, it speaks in symbols, and every persons symbols are unique to them, so its not something that can be shared easily, because there is no concrete interpretation.
This is all im going to say about the subject, because i could go on all day, if you are interested, explore it yourself, and learn. Or dont, if theres one thing ive learned, its that anything works, if you believe in it.. its just some things work a little better..
-------------------- --- A civilization based on authority-and-submission is a civilization without the means of self-correction. Effective communication flows only one way: from master-group to servile-group. Any cyberneticist knows that such a one-way communication channel lacks feedback and cannot behave "intelligently." the principle of authority" was the "eminently theological, metaphysical and political idea that the masses, always incapable of governing themselves, must submit at all times to the benevolent yoke of a wisdom and a justice, which in one way or another, is imposed from above." "no one should be entrusted with power, inasmuch as anyone invested with authority must . . . became an oppressor and exploiter of society."

Im a very strong beleiver of self healing on the small scale things- minor illnesses, light wounds, and physiological things. However it will take some convincing for me to beleive that a person suffering from a tumor, or an extreme virus of somekind can simply think the problem away. Maybe they can ignore and not notice the pain but curing it? bit different.

You should look it up!! I've heard of i happening before....It's the mind frame that you think it's impossible that makes it so hard....I mean, tumor, everyone associates it with big badnesss, ha....so you just have to step out of that mindframe....

healing goes back centuries. There are many things we can do with our mind, especially in groups. self healing and healing is a very widely used practice.
it can be done many ways. some people naturally have the talent, and the available concentration, others dont have the mind power, but COMPLETELY posess the capability of doing it.
there are ways of going about it, and healing different things.
a man named Mohan, who is a very very experienced healer, and lives in florida, healed an aquantance of mine of breast cancer. it was the most amazing thing i had ever seen. she does sermans, and speaks of it.
i got to go to this man and talk to him about his practices. the most interesting man i have ever met. he explained to me how he was taught.
alot has to do with a persons, or your own 'light body'or 'aura', which im sure you have heard of, your chakras, and your circulating energy.
here is a site where you can get some helpful tips on healing
http://www.rickrichards.com/chakras/Chakras1a.html
one thing i can tell you is in self healing, and healing others for that matter (althought healing others is a comletely different kind of practice, it requires more than just you believing) what you can do is close your eyes, concentrate, try to visualize a warm vibrant violet energy all around you- if you can try to visualize it bursting from your heart chakra.
then imagine it circulating through your whole body, and concentrating on which part of your body is hurting.
you will literally be changing your aura to violet, which is symbolic in our terms for good heath and balance.
alot of people relate pain to inbalance, and bad health obviously, but doing this on a day to day basis,or even a couple times a week, as well as realizing that you control every aspect of your body including illness- you can keep yourself in good health and rid yourself of illness for a loonnggg time.
but anytime you have a pain or are ill, i would suggest doing this meditation. -since you obviously believe, it will work even better.
I love to hear when people are opening their minds. it is amazing. the power of my thoughts goes out to your progression. may love fill your heart-
-------------------- Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known. - Carl Sagan I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees - Henry Thoreau Who are we? We find that we live on an insignificant planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people. I really love butts.
