Who would like to hunt in WA!!
    #536431 - 01/31/02 12:59 AM (15 years, 10 months ago)

I just moved to Spokane Wa from Detroit. I then realized who lives in this very state with me. Stamets, PF, and MJ.
Awsome. Too bad Stamets charges $450 an hour just to talk on the phone. Heh.

Well I also know that warm season is coming which means fruit time. I have never done any hunting before. Only some minor cultivation. So I'm a little scared to go harvesting by myself even with guide book in hand. I have been lookin on the internet for a local guide with no luck. I plan on going to the local university to look for a mycologist or mushroom club. I would love a guided tour. But I'm pretty sure it might be kind of competitive around here. Who knows.

Well, if anyone would like to hook up or knows somone in my area please send me a line.

Puget Sound in summer/fall [Re: Myceliumcake]
    #571819 - 03/06/02 08:50 PM (15 years, 9 months ago)

Hey man, coming out to the Seattle Area for the summer, fall harvest...comeon over to that side of the state and hook up for a little exploration into the mycological wilds....I am an amateur, but feel confident enough to make a positive ID with a bit of perseverance.....will also check with the Kitsap Penin. Myco.Society....let me know...i don't have wheels....probably a bus or plane into the region....from there, all foot soldier work.....and then onward to Hawai'i for the real Project!!!!!

Alright, peace out,
Kei-Roshi

In all fairness the OP could be dead.  Did you notice how creepy the other guy was.  He was obviously salivating while he type his invitation.
