Adding Worms to the Casing

I've thought about adding a few big earthworms to my casings to see if it will help add nutrients to the casings and keep it fresh. I'm wondering, has anyone ever tried this, or thought about it or seen it done? I'm going to start innoculating my next batch sometime this week, when it's time to case I'll add some worms and keep you all updated on a newer thread. What do you all think?

Pro's Con's? Yay or Nay?

he he, well you seem to all think I'm smoking crack for thinking of this, but bear with me!  My thing is that the worms will poop out fresh fertilizer into the casing, and I have read a few posts that say you can add worm poop as a really good fertilizer, I just thought hell, why not throw a bunch of worms in and they will constantly make fresh poop through all of the flushes! I'm so damned determined that this is going to work and make my mushies bigger :smile: 
Well thanks for the input though! Anyone think I'm on to something here?
