Time to Case?

These have webs all over, but they are not solid white. Problem? I took a picture of the most scarcly cultivated part of any of the jars.
I have a Peat/Verm/Calcium Mixture to case with. I baked it for 30 minutes @ 400 deg.
Now, I was planning on using the same type of pyrex for my fruiting, but it won't fit in my tupperware, so I think I will just use the tupperware instead. Anything I need to do besides disinfect it? I have four almost spent cakes in there now that I will replace.
I was going to do 1/2" of perilite in the bottom of the tupperware, but then I saw someplace to use 1/2" vermiculite. I have some of both, so it doesn't matter to me.
Just looking for a little advice before I start casing.
Thanks

Don't case until jar is completely colonized. Then give them a couple of days to make sure the inside is complete. Don't put perlite under substrate. I don't use vermiculite under mine either. There is no real need.

So just strait crumbles in the bottom, wait for growth to continue, and then cover with casing mixture?

Yep. I cover it till the mycelium pokes through casing. Then patch and fruit.
