lowering humidity

If you're moving on to casing and want to lower the humidity of your chamber, how is it accomplished? This terrarium has never needed water added to the perlite, not even after a month. It's always at 97or 98%. Plus does one need to throw out perlite or can you leave the terrarium with the top off and let it dry out?

Take out some perlite or take it out completely. Leave the lid of the terrarium on and fan and mist as neccessary
