i had leftover poo from a casing i made. it was already pasteurized so i threw in a half quart jars with colonized bird seed. the jar is almost completely colonized. once it is, im just gonna put it in my fc with my other cakes. i think the myc sucks evertyhing together so its a nice tight cake.

The poo should be mixed with some kind of whole grain. IME with just using poo by itself in jars/bags, spores won't germinate. The poo does NOT need to be pasturized because it will be in a sterile environment(jar). So to answer your question, yes, it will work. Just mix soaked and/or simmered WBS, Rye or whatever other whole grain you like into the poo. You want it up to about field capacity. Throw it in the jars and PC like normal. Inoculate, Incubate, Case, Fruit, Done!
