This tek has worked wonders for me so i would like to share the info.

PF Style Cakes Without Brown Fuckin Rice!

Per 1/2 pint jar ratio:

1/2 cup vermiculite
1/8 cup Dark Rye Flour
1/8 cup Quinoa Flour/Or Whole Quinoa
50-60cc's H20

This tek has shown me there is a very high nutrient value in Quinoa and Rye flour. The jars colonize way faster than
BFR/VERM. My recent jars with this mix were done on 1/21 and i will case them tommaro on 1/31. Ive seen jars 100% colonized in 7-8 days, and am a firm believer that this is way better than BRF/VERM. Just wanted to help some newbies out so try it out! The jars will colonize fast and at full potential if kept at 82-85 degrees in an incubator! Good Luck

Sounds like a nice substrate. I would like to try it instead of BRF/VERM but I have no pressure cooker, will it sterilise ok using steam?

this could probably be steam sterilized, especially if you are using quinoa flour verses whole.

sounds great is its really that fast. I think I am goona have to try it out.
this dark rye and quinoa flour, can they be attained at health food stores or regular grocery stores?
