oxygen and nitrogen

Hello together,
at first excuse my bad english. its not my mothers. i am an unexperienced noob who wants to get ready to start over with the first grow and avoid basic mistakes. I have read a lot in the cyber, but i most appreciate your site cause of the deep and dedicated reports and the spirit of the community.
The questions:
Is it reasonable to use water (for spraying or casing) which is enriched with oxygen?
What kind of substances or ingredients are useful (if even) for feeding with nitrogen?
Hope you understand the direction of my thoughts and accept these questions of a noob (in growing "these kind of friends")
thank you in advance

Many people use a ratio of 1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide and 10 parts water for misting casings. This is mainly for preventing contams. I would assume, in a way, you are producing more oxygen. But, as long as you provide a means for fresh air exchange, you're ok on oxygen content to the casing. If you use poo, nitrogen enrichment is not necessary. Some people use blood meal to increase nitrogen content in other substrates.

Thank you for your reply, Fraggin.
But could H2O2 increase the content of oxygen of the substrate? You can buy water that is increased with 20 times more of oxygen than the "normal" content of water. Thats what they advertise. I don?t know how they do that because the solubility of oxygen in water depends of its temperature in the first line. ------ But --- Do the mycelium need oxygen in the humidity of the substrate for essential processes? (Or do i feed other parties with it and make them strong enough to assault the mycelium?) I can?t find literature which describe the needs of the shroom in its different phases of grow.
Another question is: The fruit body need humidity in its environment, but do it assimilate the water for building up itself or is the RH only necessary to hold the balance preventing him from running dry.

I'm not sure if h2o2 increase oxygen in the substrate. As far as oxygenated water... not sure either. Worth a try. Mycelium does need lots of oxygen as it's processes of breaking down substrate and growing mycelium puts off CO2. That is the reason we fan, or have a cool mist for air exchange. In my opinion, shrooms need most oxygen and most fresh air exchange and expulsion of CO2 once they start to fruit.
