Is it still jail bait, or okay to pluck?

I've read that you harvest after the veil breaks. I've plucked 3 so far, right after the veils broke. Should I wait until the caps flatten out? My caps are still a little conical shaped. My only problem is, they are already about to touch the top of the lid when the veil breaks. Will they just continue to grow, but bend around?

As always, I appreciate your help guys!

the deal is that around the time the veil is breaking... the mushrooms do not produce any more of the magic goodies... so although your shrooms will get larger, they will begin to get less potent by weight.  so you'd want to let them grow big if say you were taking a sporeprint... or just to show off some massive shrooms :wink:... but for the most part, i harvest right before the veil breaks.  it doesn't really matter if they hit the top of your container

but wouldnt the condensation on the lid hurt the mushies? i thought so.....

yes, you should watch for it. but since the mushrooms are already quite mature (...already plucked 3) they would be harvested soon regardless and i doubt a little condensation in that amount of time would do any harm. either way, be cautious.
