Do you smoke green a lot? I know that when I smoke on a fairly regulary basis I tend to have a lot less dreams. I haven't smoked in over a month and have multiple dreams per night...

dreamless sleep is generally a culprit of drug use....
or you've achieved a state of awareness sufficient enough to no longer warrant dreaming ....
is the sleep semi-conscious ? Meditation practictioners, so I hear.... from them.... is that once you cultivate enough awareness and mindfulness your sleep is different and you don't dream anymore.
Though of course I suppose you could if you wanted to.
I smoked a ton of green while on some LSA and hardly dreamed at all, was in a semi-sleep state the whole nite.

It's happened to me at various times in my life. Usually though i only remember tiny fragments from them. in the past I have been like more than a year straight without having one i could remember.
I miss them and wish I had em every night.

wake yourself up with an alarm clock.
stay up for an hour and think about dreaming.
go back to bed.
say to yourself "I am dreaming" repeat until you are.
If it fails try again.... you're sleeping too soundly if you haven't remembered a dream in a year .... !!! way too soundly.

Problem is I'm a stubborn, mean hard to wake up SOB.. I'm mean when first waking up or when something is trying to wake me up so I usually ignore it, shut it off, or in some cases break it
Wish I could get up easy though.

You aren't hard to wake up. You are what you believe you are. Thank that one over.... mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
Just set your alarm clock.... either you will wake up before it goes off and turn it off (you'd be amazed, if you hate alarm clocks [and i do hate them] you might wake up and turn them off and go back to bed.....) or it'll wake you up.
Position it AWAY from arms reach. This serves two practical purposes.
First of all, it lets you SLEEP... sleep all the way through the night and you don't give a DAMN what time it is when you wake up, you just lie bed being restful until it feels like it's probably time for you to get up. But in case you don't manage to get up before the alarm goes off (and you will be able to once you stop relying on it so much, its quite easy) the alarm will still get you.
But second of all if you interrupt your sleep deliberately so as to practice lucid dreaming, you absolutely have to get up out of bed to turn it off.
It's more than worth it dude. Last night I had the most intricate storyline dream like I was in an alternate universe and communicating with real beings, it went on for seemingly hours.... I awoke and only about 1 and a half hours had gone by, it was only 1 a.m......
it had such an interesting vibe and story and realness to it.
It's very unfortunate to miss out on these things.
