High All,

I realy tried to search for an answer but I did not succed.

Q: After the jars are inoculated should they be kept in a light or dark place??

I have read both light and dark. My friend has tried both ways with little difference in the results. One problem (depending upon your point of view) is that when kept in the light, the cakes sometimes start to pin in the jars before the substrate is 100% colonized.
