Ok, well I have had several members of this community tell me that EQ's were there favorite tripping mushrooms.... they were describing a "slideshow" to me.... and I had no idea. I took 50g wet off of BRF/Verm cakes, and liquified them in the blender along with some orange juice. I didn't even finish half the cup when those first waves of shroom drunkiness kicked in. By the time I really started tripping... I was fucking so wasted. I was staring at everything... the ceiling, GTA3 on Playsation 2, lamps around my house, even my cat was waving around in some psychedelic cloud. EVERYTHING was made of bright pastel color and it was floating and writhing. I was scared I was gonna freak at one point, but my body decided I'd eaten too much poison and puked up about half my drink. I wasn't pissed though... I'd already had a hugely powerful trip and it wasn't over yet. I continued to get great visuals for almost 3 hours after drinking the horrible concoction. Never ever have I tripped like this. It was like the stereotypical "Hippy" trip.... just totally out of control and mind blowing. It was a really good time however, but I would never eat this much again, not of EQ's at least. These were Ryche's EQ's by the way... use with caution. Oh, I just wanted to say also.... that I do not think there is a quicker way to acheive a trip then to blend your shit up with OJ. I got hit like an old lady on a train track.... so fucking powerful and intense. I'll never go back to tea.

hehe, I mixed up 6 ground up dried grams of cambodians in OJ once and drank it at high noon on a river bank on an empty stomach, I bet it wasn't 5-10 minutes and the sky was changing from orange to purple, I got hit hard and fast after that minor visual disturbance, was tossed into a full blown level 5 with in 30 minutes,I can't say I enjoyed it much, it was an experience I'm glad I had but I think I'll stick to munching them suckers down hole myself. I think I was completely gone for about an hour, smeared accross infinity, forgot most of went on, major blending of the senses, this visual reality didn't exist, then I slowly came down and the visuals stuck around till about 3:30 maybe alittle later I was completely down by 4. I prefer a slower gentler come up instead of being tossed waay out there before you even finish your drink.

I second that notion. Slow come ups are yummy.

I prefer a slower gentler come up instead of being tossed waay out there before you even finish your drink. I gotta go with you on this way. Being shot out of a cannon doesn't give you time to either adapt to the changes nor truely enjoy the journey.

I also enjoy slow and drawn out trips (hence the word "trip") ... if I wanted to have a quick "trip" then I would do DMT, but shrooms and acid for me are meant to be long strange journeys. Fast come-ups ALSO increase the possibility of freaking out because it is so quick and intense rather than gradually building intensity. All well, in any case I would like to try EQ's, I love visuals and always seem to get minor or very boring visuals on shrooms (that I compare to acid which gave me UNBELIEVABLE visuals) ... even on high dosages all I get is harsh mindfuck and dirty visuals ... on acid my visuals tend to be very clean, crisp, and beautiful, whereas on shrooms they tend to be somewhat dirty, soft edged and boring ... except for whatever strain I got for my first trip all my shroom visuals are static or wavy but not anything special ... all well

I have to agree 100% - i often find large doses using the blender to freak me out a bit with anxiety at the start - so i eat a couple of cyans to get me giddy and ease into the cubensis trip - still works fine with enough eaten and it - as someone here rightfully stated - gives you the time to adapt to the higher doses

What do you mean dirty visuals. My visuals are so structured and coherent it is amazing sometimes. Think about whatever you could possibly see and that is the kind of visuals I get. Things get especially fun when looking in a mirror, my visuals come out of the mirror to come and get me. Then the whole field of vision is filled with patterns and trails that lead off into infinity. I have to disagree with you that mushroom visuals are dirty or blurry. They seem to me to be so crisp and clear that it is amazing that a drug could arrange stimulus into the onslaught of information that bears down on me when I am tripping hard.

I don't need to blend my shiat up with OJ to trip my arse off within 5 minutes. This one time, me and a trip buddy were munching philosopher's stones, and within five minutes of eating the last one we were tripping like crazy. I told my buddy there was a ripple in the road and he asked me what a ripple was. We boomed into total ego-loss about a half hour later and decided to call the "real world" on a payphone, but we couldn't figure out who we knew in the real world and what their phone number was. Needless to say, I tried those little buggers again
Last weekend I ate a double dose of Columbians (don't know the exact dose in grams but that's what they told us at the head shop) and it blew my mind too. When I looked outside the trip room's window, there was nothing there but a moving sea composed entirely of visuals. I had aztec CEV's and pastel coloured OEV's. I've never had a lack of visuals with shrooms.
