innoculation 5 days later?

i just boiled 6 jars, PF style, im thinking about waiting a few days before innoculation to see if any contams grow before wasting my spores on those jars, my question is how long should i wait before innoculating the spores?

contamination can show up at any point, but from what I understand if the jars are contaminated after pressure cooking/boiling you should know within 48 hours by smell or looks. But the cooking stage in the PF tech is pretty idiot proof it is the inoculation stage where you really have to worry about introducing contemns then you are opening up you're assumed sterile environment.

hell.. the faster they colonize the better.. mycelium can fight off contams if it's got a good foot hold
