Kind of hard to tell, but if any of them are completely colonized without any unusual colors or spots they should be fine. Seems like a couple might just have some uncolonized seed on the bottom.

Thats what my jars looked like when i did my first batches without a pressure cooker.

i cant tell what type of contam it is but they are contaminated- what kind of procedure did you use to sterilize and inoculate the jars?
