Sounds good for now. Just keep em warm and dark, and check them every other day for contam. I usually wash my hands and arms and then douse them with a little rubbing alchol before i check em

The less you mess with them until they are ready to birth, the less likely you are to add a new contaminate. Whey my friend first started growing, she would check the jars daily... if not more often. After a few runs, the novelty wears out and it is easier to leave them for a week or two at a time. My friend recommends leaving the jars for a day or two after sterilization, but before innoculation, to see if any nasties start to grow. She also makes one check after a week of growth. Any jars that show signs of contaminations should be removed and tossed in the trash. Remember, anything that touches a jar can carry contamination. When you play with them before they are ready (grin) be sure you first wash everything, especially your hands, down with 97% Isopropyl Alcohol (from the grocery store in with the bandaids and stuff... read the label, not all of them are 97%).

you can play with them all you want...as long as they are totally sealed off from the outside environment. all that it might do is initiate invitro pinning.

A couple notes....30 minutes will suffice in your cooker at that psi It only takes about 4 hours to cool the jars off and I've never found waiting a couple days to be anything more than a waste of time. I would use 1/2 cc per hole, that way you'll get a few more jars. Too much spore water can cause non-germination due to...too much water. But your 1 cc should still be ok, it just doesn't get you many jars.
