First time grower and my mushrooms stopped growing

Hey everyone! Well here is my story in a nutshell, tell me what you think.
I downloaded the Magic Mushroom Growers Guide from the website here to use as my guide for growing my first cultivation of magic mushrooms. I bought all of the supplies and followed the instructions perfectly.
I started two batches of 12 jars 1 week apart. I only lost 1 jar of the 24 to contamination, and the rest were gradually ready to be put into the terrarium. My first terrarium was a cheap rubermaid container, with a plexiglass drop shield and a spray bottle. About 3 of the cakes sprouted mushrooms and they grew a few inches longer.
By the time my second batch of 12 were ready to go into the terrarium, I had built a much better terrarium. It was 100% clear plexiglass and sat in the bottom of my closet. It has room for around 35 - 40 cakes and the drop shields slide from side to side like doors in a cabinet. I had put the humidifier right inside the terrarium. (Yes, there was room for 40 cakes and a humidifier). The humidifier was just a water bottle with a spout and a fan. I had moved my cakes from the old terrarium to this one (Without touching much of the cake, I touched the bottom of it where the vermiculite was stuck).
Once my mushrooms were in there, not one of them fruited!! Of 23 sucessfully colonized cakes, only 3 fruited!!!??? I even bought a digital thermometer/humidity monitor. It was kept at 80%+ humidity, and at around 70-80 degrees farenheight. I know they aren't accurate but i figured it was a good guide. I would air out the terrarium every 2 days and run the humidifier for a few hours every day. I would also leave the door open so that the cakes would get some light. (Maybe 2 or 3 hours a day).
Can anybody help me as to what I was doing wrong??
BTW, the strain I used was P. Cubensis

fanning out your air every two days is probably not enough, try fanning out stale air 2-3 times a day.
You may need some more light to initiate pinning...are the ones that did pin in one area of the terrarium that may be getting more light?

I think the air exchange was definetly the problem, unless the humidifier exchanged some air for you. It prolly wasn't the light, I don't remember where I read it, but it said a few minutes of light a day was enough to tell the myco to start making mushrooms and growing.

supposedly its milliseconds of light...but seems many people cant fruit unless they expose them to lots of light. i give them probably about as much as he does, however, and ive never had probs.

80 rh% is not enough. Hand spraying wont do justice for a terrarrium that large. The MMGG is a good tek. but it is a little outdated. You'll want to look into either perlite humidification or a cool mist humidifier setup. 15 minutes of light a day should be good enough for any strain of Psilocybe Cubensis.
