Glove Box considerations

I'm wanting to be more precautionary and sterile in my work, so I'm going to build a glove box. I'd like for it to be a positive pressure with a Hepa filter, unless there are any reasons other than extra cost that I should use still air. As for securing everything, I've heard that using screws and ducttape as opposed to liquid nails or gorilla glue (the later I've only seen once). Well I have Gorilla Glue, RTV Silicone, and Liquid Nails (I think it is, the label reads "Sally Hansen Advanced Hard as Nails Strengthening Topcoat"). I was going to just follow 49ers tek unless I felt I should change anything, but those are the only things I've come across.
Any suggestions?

It seems to me having a fan installed with hepa filters is good for cleaning the air in a glove box and then turning it off to work. Other than that, moving air BETTER be contam free if you are working within it. Seems easier to just get the cleanest air you can, and let it settle down before working.
