Hey...I was wondering if anyone has or knows of where to get syringes for EDIBLE mushrooms. If anyone has any info, it would really be appreciated...

There none to be had. No one even sells spore sprints. You would have to order one of thouse "ready to fruit" thingys, fruit it, and make your own.

I have a bunch of prints...all are from the wild unless otherwise indicated: black and white morels, Lepista nuda, Agaricus albolutescens, Agaricus blazei(cultivated), Agaricus augustus, Coprinus comatus, Lentinula edodes(cultivated), Pleurotus ostreatus, Hypholoma capnoides(takes forever to grow!). All prints are guaranteed correct identity (wild prints were identified by a professional mycologist).
I strongly recommend you try the kits first, and then work with prints/agar once you have an idea of what it takes to fruit them. It takes a while to figure out how to grow each individual species, let alone isolate a good enough strain for even small scale production. With the agaricus species, if you attempt to use multispore jars and grow that stuff out, you get terrible yields and very slow growth. Furthermore, with the agaricus species, you need at least 7 quart jars of isolated rye spawn to mix with compost to get enough for one meals worth(ie. 4-5 average sized mushrooms!) It takes about two months to produce spawn from an isolated strain.

We are working to correct the problem of no edibles in syringes.

So far only yellow oysters are available but next week there should be pink oysters and then others as demand merits.
