p.torch from seed

i've just planted about 25 seeds in a little starter bed made of pete with some all purpose cactus soil and lots of hydration
ive also covered over them with saran wrap and will be putting them under a good light today
is fungacide a must?
how should i take care of them for the first few weeks?
i checked the faq on erowid but its kind of hard to follow

also i found a plant that realy closely resembles all the pictures i have seen of torch
it is about 8 inches tall w/dark green flesh and moderatly long spikes (they look a little longer than most of the pictures i have seen)
it seems to have more spikes than the plants i have seen though
they are spaced about 1/2 inch apart
i cant post a pic right now but i was wondering if you could tell me some telltale signs of whether it might be a peruvian or not

if u didn't sterilized the soil and the seeds a fungicide is a must sorry....
unless you live in a hot dry climate, then you can put the pot outside
