Delayed growth

Alright so my fish innoculated his jars on the 15th of Jan. He has them in 80 - 85 degree incubator. One jar out of all of them is showing growth and only in one innoculation point. Whats the deal. Should I reinnoculate. Or just wait it out and hope. It has almost been two weeks. Help Please

well i just asked my monkey and he told me to tell your fish the following

"it depends, if you done everything perfectly and have perfect conditions, then it seems tad slow, but (which uis likely) you don't have perfect conditions, it could take a bit of time.
Also depends on spore syringe (which i assume) you used, if was 'weak' in spores can take longer. "
My monkies final advice was to "wait it out" as he is doing.
