I know it's a bit cold to go hunting now, but what months are usually the best for hunting in these areas?

Is the presence of other mushrooms a good sign that there may be a good chance that p. cubensis can be found?
In other words, when there are different types of mushrooms growing in my front yard, does the chance of finding p. cubensis increase?

Why don't you just go out and look. If you find some that means they're probably growing. If you don't find any then they're probably not. Duh!

i don't understand, why is it some new people always have to post retarded questions.
GO OUT AND LOOK.
even if someone tells you yes or no and you find to the contrary what difference did that post make? seriously...

I fail to see how this was a retarded question. Perhaps it is my mental retardation clouding my vision.
What's so retarded about a person who has gone out and searched for the first time and, coming empty handed, asks if this is the appropriate time to expect to find anything?
What I do find retarded is people flaming others for being new. Your epenis must be huge.

Not flaming. If cubes is what you're looking for then I suggest you look out for the right conditions if there is such a thing. I've found them in 30 degree weather only to find zilch in warmer weather. Keep looking, you'll find some.
