Just don't go over 180 deg F and you'll be fine. I never do LESS than 2 hours.

Commercial edible cultivators pasteurize compost 2 or 3 days, sometimes.

That would be low temp pasturization BTW. It all depends on temps And yes you can certainly over pasturize but there are standards set and should be followed.

How long can i store pasturizated poo without any worrys when i use it???

my first time pasteurizing i did 2 loads
both were done in oven bags IN water (not the oven)
@ 170-180 degrees

i did one load for 2 hours
and the other for 3 hours...

no difference whatsoever, as far as i can tell.
