If a person were to order said tea off of Ebay, what are the chances it would be stopped at customs, and what would happen if it were? Would it simply be confiscated, or would there be criminal charges involved?

This was just asked days ago in the garden. Everything is completely dependant on the size of the order, and the source it is ordered from. Some put exactly the real contents on the customs papers. Their chances are obviously out the window.
Houses have been raided over 2 peyote buttons or very little amounts of gbl in the mail. But *generally* do you just get a letter? Sure. If you feel like risking it, use a clean house to order it to.

depends on the how the package is packed and what customs thinks. if you have a tracking number, and you can track it online. check it out, it will tell you if customs is inspecting it at the time. worked fine for me once i had to order something that was a little discrete.

yeah, if something does happen, and the order is very obviously being delayed to the point where you think it might be a controlled delivery: obviously, don't sign for it.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything questionable off of Ebay. There have been quite a few busts linked to that site. I don't have any sources on this, but fuck, they bust people for selling glassware on there. I don't think you should try it man, but if you do, more power to ya.
